These terms cover orders placed on this site. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

You must be 18 or older to order. Prices are in US dollars and shown before delivery date fees. An order is confirmed when you receive our email. We may cancel and refund an order we cannot fill.

Delivery

Boards are made fresh to order and ship chilled. Orders placed by 2 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday, ship for the next available delivery day. We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays and cannot deliver to PO boxes. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is by arrangement.

Changing or cancelling

You can change the date, address or gift note until 24 hours before the ship date, and cancel by contacting us before then. After that the board is in production.

Gift cards and e-Gifts

Gift cards and e-Gifts are valid for five years from the day they are issued, are redeemed at checkout with the code, and have no cash value.

Reviews and accounts

You need an account to post a review. We may remove a review that is abusive or not about a product you bought.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to that order.

Draft for legal review before launch.
