This page explains what we collect when you use this site and why.

What we collect

When you order we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, gift notes and payment details, which our payment provider handles and we do not store. If you create an account we keep your order history. If you join the newsletter we keep your email address. If you join our rewards programme we keep your points and tier. If you write to us we keep the message.

How we use it

To make and deliver your order, to send order and delivery emails, to answer you, to run rewards, and to send the newsletter if you asked for it. We do not sell your personal information.

Who sees it

Our carrier sees the delivery details, our payment provider sees payment details, and our email service sees addresses it sends to.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or opt out of a sale or share of it, through our Do Not Sell or Share page or by contacting us.
