Boards are made fresh to order and shipped chilled, in an insulated box with ice packs.

When your order ships

Orders placed by 2 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday, ship for the next available delivery day. We do not deliver on Sundays or Mondays, because a board should never sit in a depot over a weekend.

Where we deliver

We cannot deliver to PO boxes. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii is by arrangement: contact us before you order and we will confirm a date.

When it arrives

Your board arrives at 40 degrees Fahrenheit or colder and stays safe in the box for 48 hours. Refrigerate it on arrival and serve it within seven days. Serving and storage guidance is on its own page.
