Every board is perishable and made to order, so we do not accept returns. If something is wrong, we make it right.

If your order arrives damaged or wrong

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the board and the box. We will send a replacement, refund the order or issue credit, whichever you prefer.

Late orders

If a board arrives more than 24 hours late for a reason within our control, we replace it or refund it. Weather and carrier delays are handled case by case.

Storage

Boards ship at 40 degrees Fahrenheit or colder and stay safe for 48 hours in the box. Refrigerate on arrival; they keep for seven days.

Cancelling before it ships

You can cancel until 24 hours before the ship date. Contact us and we refund the order in full.

Gift cards

Gift cards and e-Gifts are not refundable and are valid for five years.
